Services We Provide
Your Industrial Solution strives to cut your Worker's Comp costs by
both preventative and active measures:

  • Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
An FCE is a total body evaluation which will document four
major objectives: total function, work level classification,
cardiovascular conditioning, and consistency of effort.  A typical
FCE report is ten pages long.  It will document tolerances such
as lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, squatting, forward bending,
sitting, standing, walking, range of motion and much, much
more being documented.

  • Pre-Employment Screening:
A Pre-Employment screening is essentially a scaled down
version of an FCE.  It takes about 30 minutes to perform and it
will document total body function, work level classification, and
cardiovascular conditioning.  This is a preventative measure to
help assure proper job placement in order to reduce the risk of
a work place injury from ever occurring.

  • Job Analysis (JA):
A Job Analysis is a detailed description of the functional
requirements to safely perform a position.  For example, a job
analysis will describe the aspects of the position narratively and
then document how long the employee sits, stands, walks,
squat, forward bends, how much weight they must lift, to what
height they lift, etc.  Once you have proper job analyses, you
can use them with FCEs and Pre-Employment Screenings in
order to get an injured worker back to work or place a new
employee in their proper position.
